Are Meetings a Waste of Time?

We all know meetings are an essential part of most businesses, but unfortunately if not run properly, they can waste huge amounts of time.

I recommend my clients have regular weekly meetings even daily huddles! but the content is quite specific to each focusing on core issues and actions points. Meetings need to be properly chaired and have an agenda.

Remember what Peter Blake said "...will it make the boat faster?" In other words, it's very well having all these cool ideas but do they really impact on the issue at hand in a positive way? This is one key to managing good meetings.
